Your membership fee is due on the 1st of every month.

The gym's open hours are listed below, and you can use the gym at any time during these times.

We are normally open during the following hours: over 65 years old

From 5:00am to 9:00pm Monday through Friday

From 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays
